RM 125 New Skin

Post by Ashes »

This is a skin I did for the stock RM 125 model.
It's my first skin - so don't be too hard on me, but let me know what you all think

very good job for your first skin, id suggest not putting that pure black strike across the shroud as the two different blacks just dont go well, idk mabye make it a white?

also on the shrouds, cut a bit off the black bit that runs right up to tank, make it in line with the red bit.

other than that, good job

really good job for your first but i still think you should have put the ama logos, on the side panels, more of an angle
edit: oh and could you tell me where you got the template please

Thanks guys (I assume ;-)

Yeah - I coulda spent a bit more time on the graphics - the challenge for me was making the shading template etc, so spose I kinda lost steam at the end.
Wasn't sure which way you thought I should angle the ama logos Luke, so they stayed "skew"!

I'm thinking I should give the psd out (the shading, colours, graphics etc are all seperate layer groups)
If enough people are keen I'll put it out for public use and abuse

it looks verry nice, im glad someone takes time to shade an skin a stock 125 :D
but i think the shading on the rear number plates are wrong, the black troke and the grey should be switched
so you get a grey stroke and the rest of the plates black if you know what i mean
