Since you just proved your ignorance, ill try to make this understandable for the general forum user;

If every creator released .obj files, .psd files, vector graphics files, blender files, etc, no one would learn to create things on their own. This leads to no 100% new material, only hybrids/parts compiler releases.

This is what the MXS community is used to.

If every creator released nothing, there would be too steep a learning curve for newcomers to learn.

This is what causes ripping or new material.

If you want to think of it like this, what I'm doing is accounting for the half that doesn't release stuff, to hopefully even out this theory. Most in this community release all of their templates. I want to push others to create on their own if they want something, instead of waiting for the "big guns" to do it for them. I would like to see creators progress.

Even though this is clearly not the reason there is no template for this helmet, I do think this way, so you can still call me a bad guy cause I didn't release a template.

So am I ignorant or just a general forum user? I don't even care whether you release it or not. A lot of your "general forum users" ask for templates because they have other important things in life then learn how to model a helmet for a video game. I'm not saying it's right for ppl to rip by any means. I understand your POV, but will some ppl give a shit?!

So, anyone who creates anything for a video game is wasting there time instead of living a life? You may not have said quote for quote "You are a bad person for not releasing a template" but we all got the message you implied. That it was his fault that people rip because he doesn't want to release a template. People are selfish behind the internet and don't think anything of else other than themselves, their goals, and what they want and that's why people rip.
