did you downloaded the lastest release as i sayd a milion times from the first post?
download it again and remplace everything you have, it have to work, i mean, i am running that and vicente too and it works perfectly.

I was making some normals maps for this helmet and i noticed that the helmet looked pretty messed up around the chin area, not sure if its something i have done or if it is the models fault. Do you think it could be fixed?

Model needs some edgesplitting.
