Looking pretty good. The logo on the tip of the silencer looks a little off, and don't forget to make the rest of the tip carbon. Keep it up!

Here is the other carbon version which chad is using. I guess it is just the model but i looks pretty edged.(and i deleted the little sticker)

and yeh just downscale the carbon fiber and make it a bit darker :wink:

guys, any ideas how to replicate the smoke effect without copy/past it from the photos or drawing it by hand??

smoke grunges or brushes that's how i would do it.

thanks man, I thought it will be the best way to go too...just I'm a bit of perfectionist and I would like to have the smoke as same as on the real one as possible, that's probably not gonna happen, but at least it will look similar :p

if you have it as a brush then you can probably get it pretty accurate to the real deal, just some smudge adjustments and it should look good. but when i think about it making the smoke shouldn't be that hard, try using the liquify filter and the smudge tool and it could come out good.

haha I make 90% of the skins in 3ds max, so it will be pretty interesting to finally make some "real" skinning job :D

Pipe looks sooo sick! That pipe model now that i think of it actually does look more like the T-5 model. Graphics of course also look beaasstt!
