Instructions - Make a folder under the 'Shading' folder. Put your colours in there. Make a new layer above all the folders etc, turn the wireframe off, and go Image>Apply Image. Cut this over too your skin of choice. You will need to cut parts out so it doesn't interfere with the bottom-back and neck of the rider. Looking forward to the designs. Oh, and here is a standard Leatt Brace if you want to use it (still give me credit)[Yes gordy its messy, get over it, it works]-
so i click new layer does it have to be transparent, forground colour, background colour or white

some1 please help cos the brace has come out all white and i dont know what to do cos ive got some real nice thor core clothes in about 6 different colours that i wanna release but cant cos of the brace

No sir, you must put this onto a skin that you make in order for it to work. Most people already use it on their skins, so dont worry about it unless you are making your own skins.
