Hmmm, thats strange how it works for most people and not for some. I'll see what JLV has to say about it.

looks like the game is prioritizing the file in zzzz.saf over the one in DJ's saf.
where exactly did you put the saf after you downloaded it?

I had the same problem.
Just delete the other YZ125 file in your personal folder, that solved it for me.

By the way DJ, amazing job on the bike.

i dont have that other/original file, its weird its like the original file is hidden.

ive figured the only way to solve this is to get the png skin of the new yz

but because of rippers there is a silm chance of that happening.

i never had the chance to get the mva 125, all the 125 stuff is out of my folder.

ive pinpointed the problem now

in order for the skin to work for me it needs to be named something else instead of default for it to work

In bike setup, did you put the skin as "plain"?

Hmm. I always thought everyone had that problem. :/

Every skin that I don't have downloaded looks like that. I thought all the new models had a default for the model, but it doesn't use it. :/ Hmm. Same with the rider. Everything always defaults back to JLV's models instead of the correct model.

I am. We play around with it in class and its pretty cool. Ive tried doing some models for here but my prof. is always yelling at me. They are giving us an email link to it. So Im sure I may be able to be sneaky with it.

Does it work if you rename the "yz125bydj" folder to "0000yz125bydj"?

When the .saf files are loaded the first one alphabetically will be used, so "yz125bydj/yz125_stockskins.saf" will be one of the last files used. Any .saf files before 'y' that have "yz125.png" in them will override it.

The same things happens to me, as above, just on the 250f

Well do the same thing as JLV said above. Or put a $ sign at the front of the saf name. It now makes sense why they have to do that for MVA
