*Note* These skins are technically public, but please follow my rules that unless you are on the team you may NOT wear the gear or use the bikes during any form of racing! (ex. DRS, Online, WMSA) The Helmet is excluded because I didn't have anything to do with it and chuey352 said it can be used by any one any time.

Honestly its quite simple here, he said do not use the bike or gear because they made that special. The helmet they did not mention because they had nothing to do with it, so you can wear that.
