The Housing makes it look square, the camera itself has a cylinder shape lens.

I agree, but;

Not true. jlv's supercross tuf blocks are rectangular prisms, 6 sides, no beveled edges. His normal maps make them look just fine.

That's correct. But when I released all of the files for the GoPro, not many people could export their GoPro-equipped models correctly. For some reason, every model I saw didn't have the case transparency working.

Skin (only thing copy and pasted is the lens and sd card slot):

I quoted the picture because, well, c'mon, you can make better use of your texture map. Less black space = bigger texture space = more detail. Don't be afraid to cut up the wrap-around pieces and fit them better in your texture space.

I will agree they do look round on the edges. You just get better results with beveled edges in my opinion.

The transparency issue is either because they have a background layers or it's because anything under 72% opacity in this game goes completely transparent.

I agree on the uv map, if you tried putting that uv with any helmet uv we have now it wouldn't fit anywhere.

I do, because I myself own a hero 3 black edition. I guess I thought he had the model finished. Guess should have noticed he hadn't modeled a case yet.

Not too happy on the norms, need to redo the base and get those nice smooth edges. :)

I'm going to format my computer so I was wondering if there was any upcoming models or stuff in general that anyone wanted me to finish or release. I know there's a couple things that I think the community should be aloud but obviously other people think otherwise.

That's the plan but I'm only going to back up certain stuff, the rest of it will disappear.

I can throw out what I've got, the S12's and paddle along with 80% of the MS3's are done. I forgot about the TI-5, I can release a resource file and people can just add it to the bike of there choose. I also have the Shinko tyres. I'll try to finish up the MS3's and then do a release and a resource release.
