Re: putting name and number jersey?
Your gonna need the psd of the gear, so you can put the text underneath the shading layer. That way the name and number still have shading over them.
Re: putting name and number jersey?
If you do not have the psd. but you have the png. make sure when you put the name and the number on the back of the jersey that the layer is in front of all the other layers and make sure you save the jersey as a png. that is called rider_body-ddmxv2-put the name you want here and then place that file in your personal folder and it should work...the keywork i put in there is should it worked for me so it should work for you!
Re: putting name and number jersey?
A png does not have layers
Re: putting name and number jersey?
When you open a file of any type in photoshop you can add layers.
If you try to SAVE, it will save it as a psd.
You can save as and choose any format you want (will make it layerless).
You can merge all the layers (flatten the image) and you can save it as the native format.
Hope that helps.

The png. files will have a single layer that has been flattened so you will of had to put the name and number layers in front of the flattened layer...and almost the same for the psd. you will have to put the name and number layer in front of all the layers...yomo wrote:A png does not have layers
