Most free gear editing is boof as hell. just make your own.

Kellen at SYS has made a plethora of MXS tutorials for you and I like. I used to watch them starting out on the game because they were easy to understand the basics of everything you should know about MXS. Here is a link to the playlist that I would invite all newcomers of MXS to watch.
