How to get a skin in game?

Hi I have made my own skin for my friends and myself but it is not showing up in game. I named it just like the tutorial said but it still doesnst work. Can anyone help me?

ok i got it in game i figured that out but it doesnt show now. What causes this?

Like when i select it and i go to race i will see spots but there is no bike haha ill PM a picture of it
