Good detective work guys. Just to clear things up I didn't change anything with the track really. That's just some plain Photoshop work right there.
This is what I've done to the screenshot: First thing was seperating the rider from the BG using P2stas method. Then I cropped the tracks sky out in PS and replaced it with the sky of a pic I took while filming IRL in Utah. Next thing was creating some kind of realistic DOF, also in Photoshop with the Lens blur filter and some masking. Then I tried to make the screenshots lighting match the lighting of the sky picture. For the lens I took a single POV screenshot so I had a sort of realistic reflection. I also did some motion blurring on the screenshot for the lens and finally cropped it to the lenses shape after laying over some gradients to give it that "lens-reflection"-look. Finally I just did a tiny bit of sharpening and some minor color grading and adding noise/grain on the shot but nothing special to be honest.
